This building is designed to serve as a Ward Office and Mini Health Center for Ward No. 3 of Chattogram City Corporation. The architectural concept reflects both functionality and contextual response to the site.
An exposed brick wall at the entrance prominently features the City Corporation logo, acting as a visual anchor and civic identity marker. The massing of the building incorporates a distinct angular form, derived from the existing road alignment, which provides shade and an additional terrace space adjacent to the ward office reception—enhancing usability while expressing a bold design gesture.
