The ten-story residential building features two luxury corner units and is situated on a corner plot. To create a distinctive façade, brick detailing is prominently used on the front elevation, giving the building a unique character. All balconies are designed to face the road, maximizing the view and natural light. Since the surrounding sides are densely packed with high-rise buildings, the balconies on those sides have minimal variation. The client requested uniform apartment sizes, so balcony dimensions remain consistent throughout the design.
