This project is located in Chadpur, where the surrounding area is predominantly filled with unplanned structures. In response to the client’s brief, the design features two luxury units, carefully planned to maximize comfort and exclusivity. Ample open space has been preserved within the site to provide a touch of green for the residents—especially children—to enjoy.

Spacious balconies are positioned on the front side, offering both openness and view. A dedicated green zone has been incorporated within the landowner’s unit, enhancing the connection to nature. The elevation combines ceramic brick tiles with a clean white finish, reflecting the client’s aesthetic preferences.
A double-height entrance, paired with a landscaped garden in the setback area, creates a welcoming and pleasant arrival experience.
