BRAC RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER WITH AARONG OUTLET
Brac Resort & Conference Center with Aarong Outlet
The BRAC Resort and Conference Center, featuring an integrated Aarong outlet, is designed on a uniquely contoured site characterized by natural slopes, a central valley, and an existing hill-side water catchment zone. One of the key design principles was to create a layout that feels deeply inclusive of the natural terrain, allowing the built environment to harmonize with the land rather than dominate it.
The architectural strategy involved placing functional zones along the periphery, while preserving the heart of the site as a vibrant central court—a communal space enriched with natural and landscaped features to foster relaxation, social interaction, and connection with nature.

The Aarong retail space is strategically located along the roadside, ensuring high visibility and accessibility for the area’s significant pedestrian and vehicular traffic, while remaining distinctly separated from the resort facilities for privacy and tranquility.
Parking and service areas are tucked beneath the ground level, preserving a visually open and uncluttered landscape above. The resort villas are carefully positioned on the rear hillside, making use of the natural slope to create private, serene stays with elevated views.
Material choices reflect a commitment to sustainability and contextual sensitivity, relying on exposed brick, concrete, and a landscape palette of native trees and flora to reinforce a sense of place and environmental respect.
