Five Storied Residential Building
This five-storied building is located in one of the prime areas of Old Chittagong—a densely populated neighborhood filled with aging structures. Designing within such a context posed several challenges, but the goal was to create a modern architectural statement that stands out with its distinct character.

The façade features ceramic exposed brick and a bold concrete frame, giving the building a strong and recognizable presence in the area. Louvers have been incorporated in the staircase zone to enhance ventilation and add visual interest.
At the ground level, a dedicated commercial space has been integrated to accommodate a family-owned shop, as per the client’s requirement—ensuring both functionality and long-term value.
