This project is located in Lakhipur, Noakhali and is designed following a minimalist modern approach, as per the client’s requirements. To add a distinctive character, classical-style railings have been incorporated, introducing a subtle blend of tradition within the contemporary design.

The compact massing of the building gives it a bold and prominent presence in the neighborhood, making it stand out in its context.
