This project is designed within a shared family property (vita), belonging to one of three brothers, and envisioned as a home that respects and responds to the surrounding natural environment.

In line with the client’s preference, the building features an exposed brick exterior combined with concrete surfaces, creating a raw yet refined material palette that blends harmoniously with the landscape. The design incorporates generous perforations and openings, allowing natural light and airflow while fostering a strong indoor-outdoor connection.
