This building is designed on a very linear plot, accommodating two units per floor—both with direct road frontage to ensure ample light and ventilation. The design follows a minimalistic approach, with two prominent fair-faced concrete blocks creating a bold yet elegant visual identity. To enhance the overall aesthetics and provide a touch of nature, strategically placed green zones have been integrated into the design.
